Welcome to The Geek Garden Fabric. We have been sewing for too many years and have been designing our own fabric for a few of those years. We have decided to offer our fabrics to the public. Please review our policies before your purchase.

We are currently processing order in our home that includes furry pets. We are working in a separate room, but you know how fur can fly. If you have allergies please wash your fabric as soon as it arrives.
Shipping
Shipping varies depending on the yardage and weight you choose. We have calculated the best possible price for you and pricing is in each listing. Shipping is calculated based on on weight, approximately one pound per yardage. Shipping prices for US go up to 40 yards. If you need more than 20 yards your purchase will be shipped in separate boxes to save you shipping fees. For all international shipping purchases over 10 yards will be shipped separately. Once a pre-order closes you can expect your fabric to be in the mail within 6-12 weeks (1 week after it arrives at our studio). For retail allow 1 week for your fabric to be cut and shipped. Oversold retail items will be refunded. Merchandise will ONLY be shipped to the address you use on your PayPal payment. You can ship to any address, but it has to be added to your payment.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
We accept only PayPal payments at this time. Through the PayPal Gateway you can choose to use your PayPal account, your credit or debit card. Because of the processing time for echecks we are no longer able to accept them. We are sorry for any inconvenience. Paypal is the most secure way to shop. Both buyer and seller are protected.
Returns & Refunds
Please read our listing carefully. We do not refund or exchange UNLESS there is a flaw in your fabric. You MUST contact us while your fabric is in new (unwashed) condition. We will also take care of any errors on our part. We are only human after all.
Additional Information
All custom fabric is professionally digitally printed, designs are Hand drawn (no clip art here) by Cindy Dreifort who has a BFA from the Cleveland Institute of Art and has been a professional designer for decades.
Coloring may vary from screen settings and dye lots. Digital printing can have small flecks of variances in the coloring. Fabric is normally 60" wide but the printing process will leave you with at least 56" of usable fabric before selvedge edge (selvedge edge may be printed but can have flaws because of the printing process) Custom printed Cotton Lycra and Double Brushed Poly can have a heathered look, this is a part of the normal printing process too. Because of texture and fiber content Cotton Lycra may be a more saturated color than Swim Lycra and Double Brushed Poly. Any flaws smaller than a pencil eraser are normal and will not be refunded for. Please contact us with any issues prior to washing your fabric.
The lightweight Double Brushed Poly knit is 200 gsm 96% Polyester, 4% spandex double brushed knit
The Swim Lycra is 220 gsm.
Wash instructions: pre wash cold and dry warm cycle(never high heat)
there will not be bleeding/fading that can occur with cotton / lycra however often the color are lighter to begin with than the cotton lycra
high quality 260 gsm cotton lycra Imported from China(currently)
Wash instructions: Separate colors from black or white. Wash on hot with detergent and a color catcher, dry regular cycle. Our cotton lycra seems to hold color very well but as with all cottons there will be some fading with time.
